This is a large international wholesale food market (but they also sell other household goods).  They have a much larger selection of imported goods than even Carrefour or Walmart.  Here you can buy butter, cheese by the wheel, a coffee maker, or a small oven.   And it is one of the only places in town where you can buy cream cheese.

You need a pass to enter, but if you are a foreigner you can ask for a one time visitor’s pass (this is what I use every time). Locals have to pay a high fee for membership, but it is possible for foreigners to get the card for free.  Just ask you employer to write a letter for you verifying that you are indeed a foreign teacher and bring it with you next time you go to Metro.  Also, bring your own bag to carry things back or you will have to pay a little extra for a plastic bag at checkout.

Unfortunately, it is located in a fairly remote location and very few buses go there and back, sometimes it can also be difficult to find a taxi back.
