• This hospital, also known as Chong Yi (重医) for short, is located in the center of Chongqing near the Daping area. Third People’s Hospital of Chongqing
• Di San Ren Min Yi Yuan 第三人民医院
• This hospital, located at the foot of Pipa Hill Park, has a rather distinct look to it because many of the buildings were the former offices and headquarters of the KMT government just before World War II. • Ji Jiu Yi Liao Zhong Xin 急救医疗中心
• Originally created through the cooperation of Italy and China, the Emergency Medical Center is a part of the 4th People’s Hospital of Chongqing. It is located on Jian Kang Road (literally, Healthy Road) between Eling Park and the Shangqingsi transportation hub.

As from tomorrow, there will be a new hospital opening its doors: Jinshan International Hospital, 39 Yuanyang Lake, 401122 Chongqing (Northern Econ0mic Development District). This hospital is connected to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and is focussing on Foreigners and VIP’s. It is a very modern small hospital with private rooms and an English speaking staff. Also the telephone operator is speaking English and is available 24 hrs/day.

I had a look at all the facilities yesterday (I am living 500 meters from the hospital) and it measures up to any Western Private Hospital.

Thanks for the tip! This must be the new hospital they were working on up in Jiangbei. They were opening an international school and a golf course in that area too.
