He lives in the Nanping area.</p> <p>"Starting anyday now, Nanping will start a HUGE construction project. Nanping's government is apparently fed up with being a "secondary" borough to Yangjiaping, Shapingba, and Jiefangbei, that they want to change it by modeling the big walking areas of those nicer boroughs. The main 3-lane road (Nanping Bei Lu and Nanping Nan Lu) running north-south through Nanping is the main target of the construction. The southern end (Nanping Nan Lu) will be COMPLETELY SHUT OFF TO CAR TRAFFIC from now on. They are turning this dirty, dirty area into a giant walking street district. Why should you care about this? Traffic will be totally re-directed going through Nanping, coming both North and South. If you are coming through this area, expect to add 10-15 minutes on to your trip to compensate for the adjusted traffic patterns. If you are coming from Yangjiaping into Nanping, this WON'T affect you as the 475 crosses the 鹅公岩桥 E'Gongyan Bridge direct to Si Gong Li. If you take the 839 from Daping to Nanping, get ready for sitting in traffic." </p>
