Hey guys, Can anybody advice on visa service in town. Need to convert from single entry F to multy-entry F for 1 year. I know it is possible to find the service in Beijing but I wonder if something available in Chongqing.
Cheers,

we need to spread the word about ChongQing. This website is DEFINITELY needed as the others in English absolutely suck. ChongQing is the biggest and most prominent city outside of the coastal cities, yet barely gets a mention in 'popular' tourist/travel media. Kudos and keep up the good work; I will try to add what I can from an American prospective.

Definitely a MUST visit when in ChongQing. This place is very romantic and totally awesome are the views to JeiFangBei skyscrapers and the central business district. BRING YOUR CAMERA and if you can, your wife or a cute nice Chinese girl to snuggle with. :D

JeiFangBei IS like New York's Time's Square, just with a Chinese slant. There are tons of skyscrapers and high vision monitors and neon surrounding the JeiFangBei monument and square park. It is awesome and definitely gives one that big city urban feel you get in Time's Square, probably more close to Tokyo's version than New York's (due to no cars allowed in JeiFangBei). ChongQing is definitely the world's BIGGEST secret city, and is very fitting as the largest inland city in the country!

Hi,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. I'd like to let you know about www.GoChengdoo.com, an English-language Chengdu/Sichuan portal for news, features, events, classifieds, etc. in Chengdu and greater Sichuan. We launched in April of this year as a joint effort between the CHENGDOO citylife Magazine and GoKunming.com teams. I noticed that you've got a links section and thought you might want to add us there to represent China's (massively underrepresented) Southwest. We update daily, and recently have been focusing on translating Chengdu/Sichuan-specific stories that aren't available elsewhere in English.

Please take a look, and if you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks,

Aurelia

Great website ! If Ningbo is rather hot during the summer with quite a few days reaching 40 degree celsius, Chongqing is definitely hotter. Convenient when one can easily cook a few eggs on its car hood :-)
